Londinium provides the music at a fund-raising concert marking the 20th Anniversary of the Friends of the Georgian Society of Jamaica, with a programme including Ramirez's Misa Criolla.

This celebratory concert will feature Ramirez' Misa Criolla and folk songs collected and arranged by the great Jamaican musicologist, Dr Olive Lewin, who died last year, performed by the London chamber choir Londinium (http://londinium-voices.org.uk/), conducted by Andrew Griffiths and accompanied by the musicians Carlos Muñoz-Villalobos, Leo Turner and Armando Murillo.  The programme will also include Tippett's Five Negro Spirituals, and music by contemporary Jamaican composers.
